Processing & Shipping

 

Processing time will vary depending on the item and order placed.

• Each item is handmade once ordered and can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to create. 
• Once an order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.
• We are not responsible for any delays that occur once your order is out of our hands and with the USPS.

 

We offer FREE USA shipping on orders $50+. 

• Discount will be automatically applied during checkout if you have $50+ in your cart. 

 

All orders will be shipped via USPS as a first class package. International packages are shipped via USPS first class package international.

•  Shipping rates are determined by package size, weight and current USPS rates.
• During holiday seasons, prices will increase with USPS shipping rates. 

 

When placing your order, please ensure your address is correct in the “Address” line.

• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information given.
• Once your order is in the control of the USPS we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. If you have any issues with receiving your order once shipped, please contact USPS and file a claim with them.
