Q: "Do you take custom orders?" 

A: If I have the ability & time, I do accept custom orders.

  • At this time I am able to customize earring colors, jewelry sets, coasters, monogrammed or self-defense key-chains. I am also able to preserve & create a customized keepsake for you.
  • If there’s anything you see that you’d like in a different color or style, please reach out & I will create it custom for you!

Q: “Can I customize the color(s) of my earrings?”

A:  Yes, we are currently able to customize your earring colors & styles.

Q: "How do I take care of my resin jewelry &/or earring rack?" 

A:

**Caring for your Earrings**

ᐧ Avoid placing in high-temperature areas. Resin is a very durable & lightweight material, but may bend or crack if it gets too hot.

ᐧ Remove before showering or swimming.

ᐧ To clean, wipe with a damp cloth or paper towel.

**Caring for your Earring Rack**

ᐧ Once you receive your earring rack, make sure to give it 48-72 hours to cool & re-harden before hanging any earrings on it.

ᐧ Avoid placing in high-temperature areas. Resin is a very durable & lightweight material, but may bend or warp if it gets too hot.

ᐧ To clean, wipe with a damp cloth or paper towel.


Q: "My ears are really sensitive, what materials do you use?"

A: All my earrings are created with non-toxic resin. All fixtures are hypoallergenic Stirling silver, nickel & lead free. 

Q: "How long does it take to have my order shipped?"

A: Processing time will vary depending on the item and order placed.

  • Each item is handmade once ordered and can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to create. 
  • Once an order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.
  • I am not responsible for any delays that occur once your order is out of my hands and with the USPS.

 

Q: "How do you package and ship your orders?"

A: All items are carefully packaged for safe travels & shipped via USPS as a first class package. International packages are shipped via USPS first class package international.

  • Shipping rates are determined by package size, weight and current USPS rates.

  • During holiday seasons, prices will increase with USPS shipping rates. 

 

Q: “Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

A: Due to Covid-19, we currently are not accepting returns or exchanges. 

  • Please be sure to ask any questions prior to purchasing if you are unsure about anything.


Q: What if I receive something that’s damaged?”

A: Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If there are any problems with your order (defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item…etc), please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
